Step No.1:

Open google chrome and login blogger account. When we login blogger account, we see this type of window.

Step No.2:

After see this window go pages option and click. When we open pages section, we see all pages like this

 
Step No.3:

In this window we see Add New option. Click and open new page like this

Step No.4:

Open new tap and search privacy policy generator. When we search privacy policy generator, we see this type of window.

Click and open first website (privacypolicygenerator.info). When we open website, we see this type of window.

Right side we see a form. Here we enter ( your company name mean website name, your website name, or your website url. Enter here all details we click NEXT option. Click next option and we see this type of  window.

click no option

Second ( Do you show adsvertising through google adsense?)

click yes option

Third ( Do you show adsvertising from third parties?)

click no option

After this we click NEXT option. When we click next we see this type of window.

Here we enter country, state and your email address. Enter all details, we click generate my privacy policy. When we click generate my privacy policy after some time your privacy policy generate.

In this window we see two option. First ( copy link to clipboard) and Second ( copy text to clipboard). We select second option ok. After copy text go back blogger page. In this page we click pencil and see two option edit html and compose view. click edit html and paste here copy text.

After paste copy text your privacy policy page is create.

Simply click publish and your page create.
